Job Description:

Customer Support Agent
Customer Service, Product Service and Support
Baden BPO & Software LLC seeks dynamic and personable customer support agents to manage client inquiries.
Shift Timing: 7:00pm to 3:30am (Evening Shift)
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days A Week)
Responsibilities: A customer support representative focusing on building relationships with existing clients in person on televideo, telephone and electronic communications.

Qualifications:

  • Strong command of the English language
  • Proficient in desktop applications and the internet
  • Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills, organizational expertise mastering the job description, on-call scripting, and industry product knowledge
  • Canditates must complete our training course


Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and evaluation. (entry level: basic salary plus incentives)

Ability to commute or planning to relocate before starting work
